° One-to-one sessions, in person These 1-to-one sessions are completely scripted to fit your needs and may include but are not limited to intelligent hands-on restoration, postural correction, spinal alignment, movement and specifically targeted exercises)
° One-to-one sessions virtually via Google meet/Zoom
° One-to-one full VIP Days for out of state or busy, committed clients (VIP Days are intensive immersive 6-hour days with follow-up virtual sessions.)
° Group Classes twice a week
